Q: Does an event space rental include admission to the NCAA Hall of Champions?
- Daytime events: Guests receive admission to the NCAA Hall of Champions museum during regular hours.
- Evening events in the NCAA Hall of Champions will receive admission.
- Evening events held within the NCAA Conference and Events Center outside of the NCAA Hall of Champions will only receive museum access if included in signed agreement.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve my event date?
We recommend that you reserve your event space as soon as possible as availability fills up quickly.
Q: Can you hold an event space I am interested in?
Yes! We are happy to place a hold on the event space at your request while you make your decision. There is no deposit required, however, if another client inquiries into the availability of the event space that you are holding, we will ask for you to make a decision.
Q: How do I lock in an event space and date?
We do require a deposit of the full event space rental and catering deposit (if applicable).
Q: What is included with the facility rental?

- High-speed wireless international access
- Customized message on our digital reader boards to welcome guests
- Built in Screen and projector
- In-house event manager
Q: Do you have audiovisual services available?
Yes. Markey’s Audio Visual is the NCAA’s exclusive provider of audio visual services.
Q: When can I have access to the room to set up?
Your Sales Manager will coordinate your setup time. Typically, you’ll have access one hour before your event with day-before access available in some cases.
Q: Can I bring in my own caterer?
No. Sodexo Live! is the exclusive caterer to the NCAA Hall of Champions and NCAA Conference and Events Center.
Q: Do you have a catering minimum?
Your sales manager is happy to discuss with you additional services Sodexo Live! can provide and the applicable catering minimums for each event space rental.
Q: Can I bring in my own wedding cake?
Yes. You may use a bakery of your own choice. They must be licensed and insured.
Q: Is there a cake cutting fee?
Yes. We charge a $1 per person cake cutting fee to cut and serve your cake.
Q: Can I make changes to your menus?
Yes. You can make changes to our menus or our Chef can customize a menu to suit your tastes and budget.
Q: Is alcohol allowed at our event?
Yes. Sodexo Live! provides and manages all alcohol beverage service at our facility.
Q: Is parking available and at what cost?
Parking is available at 2 garages close to our facility. The fee to park is as low as $5 per vehicle with a voucher we provide to you.
Q: Do I have to get insurance?
Yes. A certificate of general liability insurance is required to host an event at our venue. You can check with your insurance carrier on how to obtain the document and costs associated.
